Article L1255-4 of the French Labour Code

Any user who uses a temporary employee for a purpose other than that provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 1251-6 or outside the cases mentioned in that same article is liable to a fine of 3,750 euros.

A repeat offence is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of 7,500 euros.

Le fait pour l’utilisateur de recourir à un salarié temporaire pour un objet autre que celui prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1251-6 ou en dehors des cas mentionnés à ce même article est puni d’une amende de 3 750 euros.

La récidive est punie d’un emprisonnement de six mois et d’une amende de 7 500 euros.
