The provisions of this chapter also apply to holders of employment contracts entered into in connection with the production of a cinematographic or audiovisual work and conferring on the beneficiary a percentage right in the box office receipts of that work.

Les dispositions du présent chapitre sont également applicables aux titulaires de contrats de travail conclus à l’occasion de la réalisation d’une œuvre cinématographique ou audiovisuelle et conférant à leur bénéficiaire un droit de pourcentage sur les recettes d’exploitation de cette œuvre.
