Article L. 1262-4-1 does not apply to individuals who contract with a service provider established outside France for their personal use, that of their spouse, their partner in a civil solidarity pact, their cohabitee or their ascendants or descendants.

L’article L. 1262-4-1 ne s’applique pas au particulier qui contracte avec un prestataire de services établi hors de France pour son usage personnel, celui de son conjoint, de son partenaire lié par un pacte civil de solidarité, de son concubin ou de ses ascendants ou descendants.
