Article L131-21 of the French Sports Code

Without prejudice to the direct appeals available to them, any natural or legal person who considers that they have been wronged by an individual decision taken under the delegation referred to in article L. 131-14 may, within two months of being notified of the decision, ask the Minister responsible for Sport to implement the procedure provided for in article L. 131-20.

Article L131-21

Sans préjudice des recours directs dont elle dispose, toute personne physique ou morale qui s’estime lésée par une décision individuelle prise dans le cadre de la délégation mentionnée à l’article L. 131-14 peut, dans le délai de deux mois à compter de la notification de la décision, demander au ministre chargé des sports de mettre en oeuvre la procédure prévue à l’article L. 131-20.
