Manufacturers, importers or downstream users of any substance or mixture shall communicate, as soon as they receive a request to do so, to the bodies responsible for toxicovigilance or to any other competent body designated by regulation, the information necessary to prescribe preventive and curative measures, in particular in the event of a health emergency.
Les fabricants, importateurs ou utilisateurs en aval de toute substance ou tout mélange communiquent, dès qu’ils en reçoivent la demande, aux organismes chargés de la toxicovigilance ou à tout autre organisme compétent désigné par voie réglementaire les informations nécessaires à la prescription de mesures préventives et curatives, en particulier en cas d’urgence sanitaire.
