Article L140-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article L. 210-1, the provisions of articles L. 141-1 to L. 141-9 as well as the provisions of 3° and 4° of article L. 142-1 and articles L. 142-2 to L. 142-5 are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.

Article L140-1

Conformément à l’article L. 210-1, les dispositions des articles L. 141-1 à L. 141-9 ainsi que les dispositions des 3° et 4° de l’article L. 142-1 et des articles L. 142-2 à L. 142-5 sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II.
