Article L1441-2 of the French Public Health Code

The following are attached to the territorial health administration:

a) A territorial health and autonomy conference which exercises the powers devolved to the regional health and autonomy conference provided for in Articles L. 1432-1 and L. 1432-4 and to the territorial health council provided for inArticle L. 1434-10.

The Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon Territorial Health and Autonomy Conference may not include any specialised committees.

b) A territorial commission for the coordination of public health policies which exercises the powers devolved to the commissions for the coordination of public health policies provided for in article L. 1432-1.

Sont placées auprès de l’administration territoriale de santé :

a) Une conférence territoriale de la santé et de l’autonomie qui exerce les compétences dévolues à la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie prévue aux articles L. 1432-1 et L. 1432-4 et au conseil territorial de santé prévu à l’article L. 1434-10.

La conférence territoriale de la santé et de l’autonomie de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon peut ne comprendre aucune formation spécialisée.

b) Une commission territoriale de coordination des politiques publiques de santé qui exerce les compétences dévolues aux commissions de coordination des politiques publiques de santé prévues à l’article L. 1432-1.
