The candidacy conditions defined in 3° and 4° of article L. 1441-7 and those relating to the industrial tribunal, the college and the candidacy section are assessed on the opening date for filing candidacies, set by regulation.

Les conditions de candidature définies aux 3° et 4° de l’article L. 1441-7 et celles relatives au conseil des prud’hommes, au collège et à la section de candidature s’apprécient à la date d’ouverture du dépôt des candidatures, fixée par voie réglementaire.
