Article L1451-3 of the French Public Health Code

The conditions for the application of this chapter, and in particular the model and content of the declaration of interests, the conditions under which it is made public, in particular with regard to the remuneration received and the financial holdings in respect of the direct links of interest declared, as well as the procedures for filing, updating and keeping it, shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, et notamment le modèle et le contenu de la déclaration d’intérêts, les conditions dans lesquelles elle est rendue publique, notamment en ce qui concerne les rémunérations reçues et les participations financières détenues au titre des liens d’intérêts directs déclarés, ainsi que ses modalités de dépôt, d’actualisation et de conservation, sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
