The conciliation and referral office prepares cases for trial.
If the case is not ready for trial before the Judgement Office, the latter may prepare the case for trial.
One or two reporting councillors may be appointed to prepare the case for trial. They shall prescribe all measures necessary for this purpose.
The inspection officers referred to in Article L. 8271-1-2 shall provide the reporting advisors, at the latter’s request and without being able to invoke professional secrecy, with any information and documents relating to concealed work, bargaining or the illegal loan of labour that are in their possession.
The Conciliation and Referral Office, the Reporting Advisors appointed by the Conciliation and Referral Office or the Judgement Office may set the end of the investigation by order, a copy of which is given to the parties or their counsel. This order constitutes a measure of judicial administration.
