Article L1614-5-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The joint order of the Minister for the Interior and the Minister for the Budget recording either increases or decreases in charges pursuant to the provisions of article L. 1614-3, or losses of tax revenue pursuant to the provisions of article L. 1614-5, shall take place within six months of the publication of the legislative or regulatory provisions to which it relates.

L’arrêté conjoint du ministre de l’intérieur et du ministre chargé du budget constatant soit des accroissements ou diminutions de charges en application des dispositions de l’article L. 1614-3, soit des pertes de produit fiscal en application des dispositions de l’article L. 1614-5, intervient dans les six mois de la publication des dispositions législatives ou réglementaires auxquelles il se rapporte.
