Article L162-1 of the French Tourism Code

The Territorial Council of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon exercises the powers attributed to the Regional Councils and the General Councils by Chapters 1 and 2 of Title III of this Book.

In these articles, the words “region” and “department” are replaced by the words “territorial collectivity”.
