The organiser or retailer informs the traveller, by means of a form laid down by regulation, prior to the conclusion of the contract, of the main characteristics of the services offered relating to transport and the holiday, the contact details of the retailer and the organiser, the price and payment terms, the conditions for cancelling and terminating the contract, information on insurance and the conditions for crossing borders. This information must be presented in a clear, comprehensible and conspicuous manner. Where this information is presented in writing, it must be legible.

L’organisateur ou le détaillant informe le voyageur au moyen d’un formulaire fixé par voie réglementaire, préalablement à la conclusion du contrat, des caractéristiques principales des prestations proposées relatives au transport et au séjour, des coordonnées du détaillant et de l’organisateur, du prix et des modalités de paiement, des conditions d’annulation et de résolution du contrat, des informations sur les assurances ainsi que des conditions de franchissement des frontières. Ces informations sont présentées d’une manière claire, compréhensible et apparente. Lorsque ces informations sont présentées par écrit, elles doivent être lisibles.
