Article L212-10-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Prior to the expiry of the appeal period or, in the event of an appeal, prior to the decision of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique, planning permission may not be granted or construction undertaken and no new application may be submitted to the Commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique for the same plot.

Avant l’expiration du délai de recours ou, en cas de recours, avant la décision de la Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique, le permis de construire ne peut être accordé ni la réalisation entreprise et aucune nouvelle demande ne peut être déposée pour le même terrain d’assiette auprès de la commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique.
