Article L213-26 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The co-production contract, the financing contract and the contracts concluded with the authors and with any other natural or legal person benefiting from a share of the receipts from the exploitation of the work, conditional on the amortisation of the production cost or determined according to the amortisation of certain elements of this cost, shall include a clause recalling the obligations resulting from Article L. 213-24.

Article L213-26

Le contrat de coproduction, le contrat de financement ainsi que les contrats conclus avec les auteurs et avec toute autre personne physique ou morale bénéficiant d’un intéressement aux recettes d’exploitation de l’œuvre, conditionné à l’amortissement du coût de production ou déterminé en fonction de l’amortissement de certains éléments de ce coût, comportent une clause rappelant les obligations résultant de l’article L. 213-24.
