The trader delivers the goods or provides the service on the date or within the period indicated to the consumer, in accordance with 3° of article L. 111-1, unless the parties agree otherwise.
For the purposes of this Title, delivery of a good means the transfer of physical possession or control of the good to the consumer. In the case of a good containing digital elements, delivery also includes the supply of these elements within the meaning of article L. 224-25-4.
Failing any indication or agreement as to the date of delivery or provision, the trader shall deliver the goods or provide the service without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract.
This chapter shall also apply to the supply of digital content on a physical medium used exclusively for its transport.
