As stated in Article 511-21 of the French Penal Code, reproduced below:
“Failure to comply with the provisions of articles L. 2131-4 and L. 2131-4-1 relating to pre-implantation diagnosis is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €30,000. “
Comme il est dit à l’article 511-21 du code pénal ci-après reproduit :
” Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions des articles L. 2131-4 et L. 2131-4-1 relatifs au diagnostic préimplantatoire est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d’amende. “
