Article L221-4 of the French Tourism Code

The service shall be provided under the professional title of the State of establishment where such a title exists in that State. This title shall be indicated in the official language of the State of establishment. In cases where no such professional title exists in the State of establishment, the service provider shall indicate his professional title in the official language of that State.

Article L221-4

La prestation est effectuée sous le titre professionnel de l’Etat d’établissement lorsqu’un tel titre existe dans ledit Etat. Ce titre est indiqué dans la langue officielle de l’Etat d’établissement. Dans les cas où ce titre professionnel n’existe pas dans l’Etat d’établissement, le prestataire fait mention de son titre de formation dans la langue officielle de cet Etat.
