Article L221-4 of the French Tourism Code

The service shall be provided under the professional title of the State of establishment where such a title exists in that State. This title shall be indicated in the official language of the State of establishment. In cases where no such professional title exists in the State of establishment, the service provider shall indicate his professional title in the official language of that State.
