Company or branch agreements or collective agreements may define:

1° The content of the joint training courses provided for in article L. 2212-1 and the conditions under which they are given;

2° The methods of financing them, to cover the teaching costs, compensation expenses and travel and accommodation expenses of trainees and instructors.
