Article L222-2-5 of the French Sports Code

I.-The fixed-term employment contract shall be drawn up in writing in at least three copies and shall include a reference to articles L. 222-2 to L. 222-2-8.

It shall include :

1° The identity and address of the parties;

2° The date of recruitment and the period for which it is concluded;

3° A description of the job held and the activities in which the employee participates;

4° The amount of remuneration and its various components, including bonuses and salary accessories if any;

5° The names and addresses of the supplementary pension and provident funds and of the organisation providing supplementary health cover;

6° The title of the applicable collective agreements.

II -The fixed-term employment contract is sent by the employer to the professional athlete or trainer no later than two working days following recruitment.

I.-Le contrat de travail à durée déterminée est établi par écrit en au moins trois exemplaires et comporte la mention des articles L. 222-2 à L. 222-2-8.


Il comporte :


1° L’identité et l’adresse des parties ;


2° La date d’embauche et la durée pour laquelle il est conclu ;


3° La désignation de l’emploi occupé et les activités auxquelles participe le salarié ;


4° Le montant de la rémunération et de ses différentes composantes, y compris les primes et accessoires de salaire s’il en existe ;


5° Les noms et adresses des caisses de retraite complémentaire et de prévoyance et de l’organisme assurant la couverture maladie complémentaire ;


6° L’intitulé des conventions ou accords collectifs applicables.


II.-Le contrat de travail à durée déterminée est transmis par l’employeur au sportif ou à l’entraîneur professionnel au plus tard dans les deux jours ouvrables suivant l’embauche.
