Article L224-7 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Holders are provided with regular information on their rights, in accordance with the conditions laid down by regulation, particularly with regard to the value of rights currently being built up and the procedures for transferring them to another retirement savings plan.

Holders of a retirement savings plan receive detailed information specifying, for each asset in the plan, the performance gross of fees, the performance net of fees and the fees deducted, under conditions defined by order of the Minister for the Economy. This information, which mentions in particular any commission retrocessions received for the financial management of the plans, is provided before the plan is opened and then updated annually.

Les titulaires bénéficient d’une information régulière sur leurs droits, dans des conditions fixées par voie réglementaire, s’agissant notamment de la valeur des droits en cours de constitution et des modalités de leur transfert vers un autre plan d’épargne retraite.


Les titulaires d’un plan d’épargne retraite bénéficient d’une information détaillée précisant, pour chaque actif du plan, la performance brute de frais, la performance nette de frais et les frais prélevés, dans des conditions définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie. Cette information, qui mentionne notamment les éventuelles rétrocessions de commission perçues au titre de la gestion financière des plans, est fournie avant l’ouverture du plan puis actualisée annuellement.
