Article L2242-19 of the French Labour Code

The negotiations provided for in article L. 2242-17 may also cover the prevention of the effects of exposure to the occupational risk factors provided for in article L. 4161-1. An agreement reached on this subject under this article is deemed to be the conclusion of the agreement mentioned in article L. 4163-3, subject to compliance with the other provisions set out in Chapter III of Title VI of Book I of Part Four of this Code.

La négociation prévue à l’article L. 2242-17 peut également porter sur la prévention des effets de l’exposition aux facteurs de risques professionnels prévue à l’article L. 4161-1. L’accord conclu sur ce thème dans le cadre du présent article vaut conclusion de l’accord mentionné à l’article L. 4163-3, sous réserve du respect des autres dispositions prévues au chapitre III du titre VI du livre Ier de la quatrième partie du présent code.
