Article L2261-11 of the French Labour Code

Where the denunciation is made by only some of the signatory employers or signatory employees, it does not prevent the agreement from remaining in force between the other signatory parties.

In this case, the provisions of the agreement or arrangement continue to have effect in respect of the parties who have given notice of termination until the entry into force of the agreement or arrangement which replaces it or, failing that, for a period of one year from the expiry of the notice period, unless a clause provides for a longer period.

Lorsque la dénonciation est le fait d’une partie seulement des signataires employeurs ou des signataires salariés, elle ne fait pas obstacle au maintien en vigueur de la convention ou de l’accord entre les autres parties signataires.

Dans ce cas, les dispositions de la convention ou de l’accord continuent de produire effet à l’égard des auteurs de la dénonciation jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur de la convention ou de l’accord qui lui est substitué ou, à défaut, pendant une durée d’un an à compter de l’expiration du délai de préavis, sauf clause prévoyant une durée déterminée supérieure.
