I. – The Airport Consultative Commission comprises seven members appointed for a period of five years.
II. – It is made up of :
– a person appointed by the President of the National Assembly ;
– a person appointed by the President of the Senate;
– a member of the administrative jurisdiction appointed by the Vice-President of the Conseil d’Etat ;
– a magistrate from the Court of Audit or a magistrate or former magistrate from the regional audit chambers appointed by the first president of the Court of Audit;
– three persons chosen by the Minister for Civil Aviation and the Minister for the Economy for their expertise in air transport and civil aviation, at least one of whom is a specialist in air transport economics.
III. – The Chairman is chosen from within the Commission by the Minister for Civil Aviation.
In the event of a tie, the chairman has the casting vote.
IV. – Commission members may be reappointed once.
