Article L2315-28 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of the agreement provided for in article 2312-19, in undertakings with at least three hundred employees, the social and economic committee meets at least once a month, convened by the employer or his representative.

In companies with fewer than three hundred employees, the committee meets at least once every two months.

The committee may hold a second meeting at the request of the majority of its members.

A défaut d’accord prévu à l’article 2312-19, dans les entreprises d’au moins trois cents salariés, le comité social et économique se réunit au moins une fois par mois sur convocation de l’employeur ou de son représentant.


Dans les entreprises de moins de trois cents salariés, le comité se réunit au moins une fois tous les deux mois.


Le comité peut tenir une seconde réunion à la demande de la majorité de ses membres.
