Article L2315-45 of the French Labour Code

A company agreement concluded under the conditions provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 2232-12 may provide for the creation of additional committees to examine particular problems.

Where appropriate, the employer may add to these committees, in an advisory capacity, experts and technicians belonging to the company and chosen from outside the committee. The provisions of article L. 2315-3 relating to professional secrecy and the obligation of discretion apply to them.

Committee reports are submitted to the Works Council for discussion.

Un accord d’entreprise conclu dans les conditions prévues au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2232-12 peut prévoir la création de commissions supplémentaires pour l’examen de problèmes particuliers.

Le cas échéant, l’employeur peut adjoindre à ces commissions avec voix consultative des experts et des techniciens appartenant à l’entreprise et choisis en dehors du comité. Les dispositions de l’article L. 2315-3 relatives au secret professionnel et à l’obligation de discrétion leur sont applicables.

Les rapports des commissions sont soumis à la délibération du comité.
