Article L2334-18-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The increase in the allocation, after distribution of the allocations calculated in application of articles L. 2334-16 to L. 2334-18-3, is divided between the two demographic categories in proportion to their population in the total of beneficiary municipalities.

The increase is divided between the beneficiary municipalities under the conditions set out in the first two paragraphs of article L. 2334-18-2. Communes that were not eligible for the allocation in the year preceding the distribution do not benefit from this share.

Article L2334-18-4

L’augmentation de la dotation, après répartition des attributions calculées en application des articles L. 2334-16 à L. 2334-18-3, est répartie entre les deux catégories démographiques au prorata de leur population dans le total des communes bénéficiaires.

La part d’augmentation est répartie entre les communes bénéficiaires dans les conditions prévues aux deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 2334-18-2. Les communes qui n’étaient pas éligibles à la dotation l’année précédant la répartition ne bénéficient pas de cette part.
