Article L2334-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of article L. 2334-17 apply for the calculation of the synthetic index of resources and charges for municipalities with 5,000 to 9,999 inhabitants, subject to the substitution of the national averages recorded for these municipalities for those recorded for municipalities with 10,000 inhabitants or more.

The municipalities are ranked according to the decreasing value of their synthetic index.

Article L2334-18

Les dispositions de l’article L. 2334-17 s’appliquent pour le calcul de l’indice synthétique de ressources et de charges des communes de 5 000 à 9 999 habitants, sous réserve de la substitution des moyennes nationales constatées pour ces communes à celles constatées pour les communes de 10 000 habitants et plus.

Les communes sont classées en fonction de la valeur décroissante de leur indice synthétique.
