Article L2363-15 of the French Labour Code

The members of the Committee of the European Cooperative Society representing the employees of the participating persons, establishments and subsidiaries located in France are appointed in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article L. 2352-5 or, where applicable, of Article L. 2352-6.

The members of the Committee of the European Cooperative Society representing the employees of the participating persons, establishments and subsidiaries located in another Member State of the European Community are appointed in accordance with the rules in force in that State.

Les membres du comité de la société coopérative européenne représentant les salariés des personnes participantes, établissements et filiales situés en France sont désignés conformément aux dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2352-5 ou, le cas échéant, de l’article L. 2352-6.

Les membres du comité de la société coopérative européenne représentant les salariés des personnes participantes, établissements et filiales situés dans un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne sont désignés selon les règles en vigueur dans cet Etat.
