Article L2363-16 of the French Labour Code

When, at the end of the negotiation period provided for in Article L. 2363-14, no agreement has been reached and the special negotiation body has not taken the decision provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 2362-7, employee participation is organised in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2363-8 to L. 2363-10.

Article L2363-16

Lorsque, à l’issue de la période de négociation prévue à l’article L. 2363-14, aucun accord n’a été conclu et que le groupe spécial de négociation n’a pas pris la décision prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2362-7, la participation des salariés est organisée conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2363-8 à L. 2363-10.
