Article L241-3-1 of the French Consumer Code

Any breach of the provisions of article L. 215-1-1 relating to the arrangements for terminating contracts electronically is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and €75,000 for a legal person.

This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.

Tout manquement aux dispositions de l’article L. 215-1-1 relatives aux modalités de résiliation par voie électronique des contrats est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 € pour une personne physique et 75 000 € pour une personne morale.

Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
