Article L241-3 of the French Sports Code

I.-It is forbidden for any person to:

1° Facilitating or encouraging the administration of the substances mentioned in article L. 241-2, or facilitating or encouraging the application of the processes mentioned in the same article;

2° Prescribing, administering, applying, transferring or offering one or more of the processes or substances mentioned in article L. 241-2 ;

3° Producing, manufacturing, importing, exporting, transporting, holding or acquiring the processes or substances mentioned in article L. 241-2;

4° Resisting by any means whatsoever the control measures provided for in this Title;

5° Falsifying, destroying or damaging any element relating to the control, sample or analysis;

6° Attempting to contravene the prohibitions set out in this article.

II – It is forbidden to remove an animal or to oppose by any means whatsoever the control measures provided for in this Title.

Article L241-3

I.-Il est interdit à toute personne de :

1° Faciliter l’administration des substances mentionnées à l’article L. 241-2 ou inciter à leur administration, ainsi que faciliter l’application des procédés mentionnés au même article ou inciter à leur application ;

2° Prescrire, administrer, appliquer, céder ou offrir un ou plusieurs procédés ou substances mentionnés à l’article L. 241-2 ;

3° Produire, fabriquer, importer, exporter, transporter, détenir ou acquérir les procédés ou substances mentionnés à l’article L. 241-2 ;

4° S’opposer par quelque moyen que ce soit aux mesures de contrôle prévues au présent titre ;

5° Falsifier, détruire ou dégrader tout élément relatif au contrôle, à l’échantillon ou à l’analyse ;

6° Tenter d’enfreindre les interdictions prévues au présent article.

II.-Il est interdit de soustraire un animal ou de s’opposer par quelque moyen que ce soit aux mesures de contrôle prévues par le présent titre.
