TITLE IV: COMBATING ANIMAL DOPING

It is forbidden to administer or apply to animals, during sporting events organised by an approved federation or authorised by a delegated federation or by a specialised commission set up in application of article L. 131-19, or with a view to taking part in them, substances or processes of such a nature as to artificially modify their abilities or to mask the use of substances or processes having this property….

Interested parties and the President of the French Anti-Doping Agency may lodge an appeal of full jurisdiction against the decisions of the College and the Sanction Committee of the French Anti-Doping Agency taken pursuant to Articles L. 241-6 and L. 241-7.

Unless otherwise provided, the terms and conditions for the application of this chapter shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

This Title applies to tests organised with a view to the selection and genetic improvement of equidae aged six years and under.
