Article L241-5 of the French Sports Code

I.-The provisions of article L. 232-30 are applicable to the offences provided for in this Title.

II.-1° Infringements of the provisions of article L. 241-2 and I of article L. 241-3 are punishable by five years’ imprisonment and a fine of 75,000 Euros;

2° Infringement of the provisions of II of article L. 241-3 is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of 7,500 Euros.

III – Attempted offences under this Title are subject to the same penalties.

IV – Natural persons convicted of the offences provided for in article L. 241-2 and I of article L. 241-3 are also liable to the additional penalties provided for in article L. 232-27.

V.-Corporate entities found criminally liable for the offences provided for in this Title shall incur the penalties provided for in article L. 232-28.

I.-Les dispositions de l’article L. 232-30 sont applicables aux infractions prévues au présent titre.

II.-1° Les infractions aux dispositions de l’article L. 241-2 et du I de l’article L. 241-3 sont punies de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et d’une amende de 75 000 Euros ;

2° L’infraction aux dispositions du II de l’article L. 241-3 est punie de six mois d’emprisonnement et d’une amende de 7 500 Euros.

III.-La tentative des délits prévus au présent titre est punie des mêmes peines.

IV.-Les personnes physiques reconnues coupables des délits prévus à l’article L. 241-2 et au I de l’article L. 241-3 encourent également les peines complémentaires prévues à l’article L. 232-27.

V.-Les personnes morales reconnues pénalement responsables des délits prévus au présent titre encourent les peines prévues à l’article L. 232-28.
