The provisions of this book are applicable to new construction or refurbishment operations involving a facility defined in article L. 1111-2 and covered by a public contract, as well as to industrial equipment intended for the operation of these facilities.

Les dispositions du présent livre sont applicables aux opérations de construction neuve ou de réhabilitation portant sur un ouvrage défini à l’article L. 1111-2 et faisant l’objet d’un marché public ainsi que sur les équipements industriels destinés à l’exploitation de ces ouvrages.
