Article L2421-1 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions of Book I of this Part shall apply to Wallis and Futuna:

1° Title II, with the exception of article L. 2122-4 ;

2° Title III, with the exception of article L. 2132-3;

Articles L. 2131-1, L. 2131-1-1, L. 2131-4, L. 2131-4-1, L. 2131-5 and L. 2131-6 are applicable in their wording resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Article L. 2133-2 shall apply as amended by Act no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 on the modernisation of our healthcare system;

Article L . 2132-2 is applicable in the version resulting from Law No. 2018-1203 of 22 December 2018 on the financing of social security for 2019;

3° Titles IV to V.

Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-6, L. 2141-9 to L. 2141-13, Article L. 2142-4 and Articles L. 2143-1 to L. 2143-9 are applicable in their wording resulting from Law No. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Articles L. 2151-2 and L. 2151-5 to L. 2151-11 are applicable in their wording resulting from the same law.

Article L2421-1

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre, les dispositions suivantes du livre Ier de la présente partie sont applicables à Wallis-et-Futuna :

1° Le titre II, à l’exception de l’article L. 2122-4 ;

2° Le titre III, à l’exception de l’article L. 2132-3 ;

Les articles L. 2131-1, L. 2131-1-1, L. 2131-4, L. 2131-4-1, L. 2131-5 et L. 2131-6 sont applicables dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.

L’article L. 2133-2 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 de modernisation de notre système de santé ;

L’article L. 2132-2 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2018-1203 du 22 décembre 2018 de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2019 ;

3° Les titres IV à V.

Les articles L. 2141-1 à L. 2141-6, L. 2141-9 à L. 2141-13, l’article L. 2142-4 et les articles L. 2143-1 à L. 2143-9 sont applicables dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.

Les articles L. 2151-2 et L. 2151-5 à L. 2151-11 sont applicables dans leur rédaction résultant de la même loi.
