Article L2422-1 of the French Public Health Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, Title I of Book II is applicable to Wallis and Futuna, with the exception of the second and third paragraphs of Article L. 2212-3, and the third and fourth paragraphs of Article L. 2212-8.

II.-The first paragraph of Article L. 2212-3, Articles L. 2212-6 and L. 2212-7, the first and second paragraphs of Article L. 2212-8 are applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016.

Articles L. 2212-1, L. 2212-2 and L. 2212-5 are applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Law no. 2022-295 of 2 March 2022.

III. – Articles L. 2213-1 to L. 2213-5 are applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Article L2422-1

I. – Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre, le titre Ier du livre II est applicable à Wallis-et-Futuna, à l’exception des deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 2212-3, et des troisième et quatrième alinéas de l’article L. 2212-8.

II.-Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 2212-3, les articles L. 2212-6 et L. 2212-7, le premier et le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2212-8 sont applicables aux îles Wallis et Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016.

Les articles L. 2212-1, L. 2212-2 et L. 2212-5 sont applicables aux îles Wallis et Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2022-295 du 2 mars 2022.

III. – Les articles L. 2213-1 à L. 2213-5 sont applicables aux îles Wallis et Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.
