Article L2564-17 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application to Mayotte of Article L. 2224-8 :

1° In the second paragraph of I, the reference to the year 2013 is replaced by the reference to the year 2015;

2° In the fifth paragraph of III, the date of 31 December 2012 is replaced by the date of 31 December 2018.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article L. 2224-8 :

1° Au deuxième alinéa du I, la référence à l’année 2013 est remplacée par la référence à l’année 2015 ;

2° Au cinquième alinéa du III, la date du 31 décembre 2012 est remplacée par la date du 31 décembre 2018.
