Where a national collective labour agreement applies in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, arrangements for adapting it to the specific situation of these local authorities may be made by collective agreement. This agreement is concluded within the six-month period provided for in the last paragraph of article L. 2222-1 or after the expiry of this period.
Where a national collective labour agreement excludes application in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, collective agreements whose scope is limited to one of these collectivities may be concluded, where appropriate by incorporating the stipulations of the agreement applicable to mainland France.
