Article L310-8 of the French Insurance Code

The Minister may require disclosure of documents of a contractual or advertising nature relating to an insurance or capitalisation transaction.

If it appears that a document is contrary to legislative or regulatory provisions, the Minister may require it to be amended or decide to withdraw it after receiving the opinion of the Financial Sector Consultative Committee. In urgent cases, the opinion of the Comité consultatif du secteur financier is not required.

Article L310-8

Le ministre peut exiger la communication des documents à caractère contractuel ou publicitaire ayant pour objet une opération d’assurance ou de capitalisation.

S’il apparaît qu’un document est contraire aux dispositions législatives ou réglementaires, le ministre peut en exiger la modification ou en décider le retrait après avis du Comité consultatif du secteur financier. En cas d’urgence, l’avis du Comité consultatif du secteur financier n’est pas requis.
