Article L313-40 of the French Consumer Code

The written deed, including the unilateral promise of sale accepted and the preliminary contract provided for in the article L. 261-15 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, the purpose of which is to record one of the transactions referred to in 1° of article L. 313-1, must indicate whether the price will be paid directly or indirectly, even in part, with or without the help of one or more loans governed by sections 1 to 5 of this chapter.

L’acte écrit, y compris la promesse unilatérale de vente acceptée et le contrat préliminaire prévu à l’article L. 261-15 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, ayant pour objet de constater l’une des opérations mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 313-1, doit indiquer si le prix sera payé directement ou indirectement, même en partie, avec ou sans l’aide d’un ou plusieurs prêts régis par les sections 1 à 5 du présent chapitre.
