Article L3133-2 of the French Public Health Code

The National Public Health Agency shall enter into a written secondment agreement with the reservist referred to in the first paragraph ofArticle L. 3133-1 and with each of his/her employers. Where the reservist is employed under a contract of employment, the tripartite agreement is deemed to be an amendment to this contract for each period of employment or training in the reserve.

Article L3133-2

L’Agence nationale de santé publique conclut avec le réserviste mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3133-1 et avec chacun de ses employeurs une convention écrite de mise à disposition. Lorsque le réserviste est salarié par l’effet d’un contrat de travail, la convention tripartite vaut avenant à ce contrat pour chaque période d’emploi ou de formation dans la réserve.
