Article L3142-112 of the French Labour Code

An employee whose employment contract is amended to provide for part-time work may not invoke any right to be re-employed on a full-time basis before the end of this amendment.

At the end of the period of part-time work, the employee returns to full-time work with remuneration at least equivalent to that previously paid.

Le salarié dont un avenant au contrat de travail prévoit le passage à temps partiel ne peut invoquer aucun droit à être réemployé à temps plein avant le terme de cet avenant.

A l’issue de la période de travail à temps partiel, le salarié retrouve une activité à temps plein assortie d’une rémunération au moins équivalente à celle qui lui était précédemment servie.
