Article L3142-31 of the French Labour Code

At the end of the leave, the employee returns to his previous job or a similar job with at least equivalent remuneration and benefits from the professional interview mentioned in I of article L. 6315-1.

They may not invoke any right to be re-employed before the leave expires.

Article L3142-31

A l’issue du congé, le salarié retrouve son précédent emploi ou un emploi similaire assorti d’une rémunération au moins équivalente et bénéficie de l’entretien professionnel mentionné au I de l’article L. 6315-1.

Il ne peut invoquer aucun droit à être réemployé avant l’expiration du congé.
