Article L3142-2 of the French Labour Code

The leave mentioned in articles L. 3142-1 and L. 3142-1-1 does not entail any reduction in remuneration, which takes account, where applicable, of the allowance mentioned inarticle L. 331-9 of the Social Security Code, and is treated as actual working time for the purposes of determining the duration of annual paid leave.
