The employee is entitled, with justification, to leave:
1° For marriage or the conclusion of a civil solidarity pact ;
2° For the marriage of a child;
3° For each birth for the father and, where applicable, the mother’s spouse or partner or the person bound to her by a civil solidarity pact;
3° bis For the arrival of a child placed for adoption. This leave may be taken within a period set by decree;
4° For the death of a child, spouse, partner in a civil solidarity pact, father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother or sister;
5° For the announcement of the onset of a disability, a chronic pathology requiring therapeutic training or cancer in a child.
