In order to implement the employee’s right to the leave referred to in articles L. 3142-54 and L. 3142-54-1, a company collective agreement or, failing that, a branch agreement or convention determines:
1° The maximum total duration of the leave and the conditions for combining it with the economic, social, environmental and trade union training leave provided for in Articles L. 2145-5 to L. 2145-13 ;
2° The time limit within which the employee must send his request for leave to the employer;
3° The rules for determining, per establishment, the maximum number of employees likely to benefit from this leave in the course of a year.
