In the absence of an agreement referred to in Article L. 3142-58, the following provisions apply:
1° The maximum total number of days that may be taken as leave is six working days per year ;
2° The leave may only be combined with economic, social, environmental and trade union training leave up to a maximum of twelve working days in any one year;
3° The time limit within which the employee must send his request for leave to the employer is set by decree;
4° The rules for determining the maximum number of employees per establishment who may benefit from this leave are set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
