To implement an employee’s right to the leave referred to in Article L. 3142-67, a company collective agreement or agreement or, failing that, a branch agreement or agreement determines :
1° The maximum duration of the leave ;
2° The length of service required to benefit from this leave;
3° Depending on the number of employees in the establishment, the maximum number of employees who may simultaneously benefit from international solidarity leave;
4° The time limits within which the employee must send his request for leave to his employer;
5° The measures enabling a link to be maintained between the company and the employee for the duration of the leave and, where applicable, the arrangements for supporting the employee on his return.
